Phone In Bidding Times:

• Phone bids will be accepted on the last three days of bidding only.
• On Wednesday and Thursday (February 16 and 17) bids will be accepted during our regular office hours of 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM (EST) at our 315-662-7625.

Closing Night Bidding (February 18th, 2005)
We will accept incoming bids in this auction from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM (EST) on closing night After 10:00 PM, no more incoming calls or new bids will be accepted. All lots with a registered bid of less than $200, as well as all items without call back protection will be officially closed and final.

Call Backs
The items at $200 and over that have call back protection registered on them will be closed out during the official call back period on Saturday February 19th. Call backs will begin at 12:00 Noon and will continue until we have made a good faith effort to reach everyone that requested a callback. If registered for call backs, it is your responsibility to be available when we call. If you will be traveling or not available at the primary number we have on file for you, please provide us with proper alternate and back up numbers for reaching you.
