for us to remind you that in the case a tie bid at the end of the
sale, the winning bidder will be the bid that was received first.
Please don't assume that if a bid is at your ceiling that you are
necessarily the current high bid (especially on faxed, e-mail or
mailed in bids). If in doubt, feel free to call us and ask if the
bid is yours. |
